North Augusta and the rest of the region are popular destinations for snowbirds hoping to escape frigid temperatures and high snow totals common in other parts of the U.S. Winters are cool or mild, with high temperatures in the 50s or 60s. While overnight temperatures will fall quite dramatically to around the freezing point, a simple heat pump or furnace system can be all that residents need to keep their homes comfortable during these cooler months.

Summers in North Augusta tend to be more dramatic in terms of climate conditions, as hot and extremely humid weather is the norm within this city. High temperatures will easily reach the high 90s, and the muggy conditions will make it feel even more uncomfortable. Fortunately, an energy efficient air conditioning unit can keep interior temperatures cool while also improving the quality of indoor circulating air.
